Offered on U.S. military installations across the country, O2O provides in-demand, industry-validated training to transitioning service members, all Guard and Reserve, and active duty spouses who are navigating the transition to civilian employment.

About O2O Evaluation

The O2O program was meticulously designed in order to optimize data collection, analysis, and reporting. Feedback about data quality and performance is regularly communicated to program leaders, managers, and coordinators. As the O2O program scales across installations, best practices in data collection and reporting are adopted, allowing for seamless expansion of the continuous evaluation of the O2O program.

Methods Highlights

All participants are managed though the customer relationship management platform used by IVMF and our partner, Hire Heroes USA. Every date and decision point in a participant’s progress through the program is captured. Upon entry into the O2O program, participant demographics and knowledge are thoroughly captured through an intake assessment, and participant data is aggregated weekly and reported through dashboards and presentations to funders and stakeholders. Also closely monitored are enrollment, on-site course competition, online completion, certification exam passage, and interviews granted. The primary outcome of the O2O program is participant civilian employment post-separation.
