Alicia Mock serves as the Installation Program Manager for IVMF’s Onward to Opportunity at Fort Liberty.  Before joining IVMF, Alicia served as the Director of Operations for North Carolina for Military Employment (NC4ME), a comprehensive public-private partnership designed to make North Carolina the number one state for military employment.  She helped the organization educate employers to encourage them to hire our military and military spouse talent along with facilitating monthly hiring events to connect our military talent with meaningful employment.

Alicia is a proud military spouse to Brad Mock, an Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army stationed at Fort Bragg.  Graduating Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, she currently is fulfilling her passion for helping our military community fulfill their personal goals through the training programs offered by O2O.
