Allison Roth ’15 G’20 started her role serving the Institute for Veterans and Military Affairs’ Veterans Onward to Opportunity program (O2O) in December 2015. In this role, she is responsible for maintaining open lines of communication with O2O students and assists with questions or concerns regarding certificate coursework, program offerings, and career advice. She is accountable for processing registrations for follow-on certifications, maintaining student records toward program completion, reviewing and providing feedback on résumés and cover letters and contributing to the team’s overall admissions goals and student retention.
Prior to joining IVMF’s O2O team, Allison worked for one of IVMF’s other programs – the Entrepreneurship Bootcamp for Veterans with Disabilities (EBV) as the EBV National Assistant. During the four years she held this position, she was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the program and assisted in the planning and execution of the EBV and EBV-Families program.
Allison holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and Management from Syracuse University’s School of Information Studies and as of 2020 will earn a Master of Science degree in Information Management.
