Program Manager | Community Navigator Pilot Program

Kayla Eberhardt has been with the IVMF since 2019 on the Entrepreneurship Team. She currently serves as the Program Manager for IVMF’s Community Navigator Pilot Program. The community navigator program is a recent national initiative ensuring that military-connected small business owners get to the right resources at the right time. In this role, Kayla works with stakeholders and partners to manage strategic relationships for this program. She is tasked to drive strategic decision-making, deliver training, and will identify, research, develop, and implement customize, creative, and effective methods to enhance the program. Kayla brings a unique perspective to her role through her knowledge as both a former military spouse and daughter of both veteran and military spouse entrepreneurs. She received her bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and master’s degree in Communication Studies with an emphasis in Public Relations from Southern New Hampshire University.
