Kristen Tragesser serves as IVMF’s Program Coordinator for Boots to Business (B2B) and Entrepreneurship. Prior to this position, she was an Advisor for participants enrolled in the IVMF’s Onward to Opportunity (O2O) program.

As a Program Coordinator, she is responsible for the coordination and support of Boots to Business (B2B) courses; a two-day course offered as a TAP training track for those interested in learning more about the opportunities and challenges of business ownership. Kristen also directly supports the planning and execution of other entrepreneurial and education programs within the ARSENAL portfolio.

Kristen’s perspective stems from her personal entrepreneurial experience, background, and education. Prior to joining the IVMF team, Kristen was a Master Resilience Trainer- Performance Expert, part of the Ready and Resilient (R2) program, at Fort Drum, NY. In this role, she worked with active and transitioning service members, along with their families on mentally enhancing and optimizing their performances.

She holds her master’s degree in Performance Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Marian University.
