Mai Dubé ‘92, ’16, MBA ’17 leads IVMF’s Enrollment Services function in collaboration with program managers and field partners. The enrollment services team assesses the entrepreneurial, education and training needs of veterans and military family members to identify the best programs to meet their needs.

Prior to joining IVMF in October 2015, Mai worked at Syracuse University’s School of Education for three years in the Teaching and Leadership department managing twelve graduate programs.

Mai also worked with New Horizons of Syracuse and Rochester where she was responsible for the development and facilitation of classes in leadership and professional development. She had also worked in the financial services industry as a Senior Learning and Performance Specialist and a banking officer.

Mai holds a master’s in business administration from the Whitman School of Management; a certificate of advanced study in conflict resolution at Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs; and, a bachelor’s degree in psychology; all from Syracuse University. With a strong commitment to the Central New York Community, Dubé serves on the Board of Trustees at The Gifford Foundation.
