Dubé is responsible for building the enrollment management function in collaboration with the program managers and field partners. The enrollment management team consists of a set of cross functioning subject matter experts who will expeditiously and efficiently assess the entrepreneurial, education and training needs of veterans and military family members to identify the best program(s) that will meet those needs.
Prior to this role, Dubé was responsible for cultivating relationships with current and prospective post program support resource partners, and exploring opportunities to broaden the resources available to graduates of IVMF programs. She also monitored entrepreneurs’ progress and provided advisement to help them make appropriate business decisions.
Prior to joining IVMF in October 2015, Dubé worked at Syracuse University’s School of Education for three years where she worked with faculty in the Teaching and Leadership department to manage twelve graduate programs. She collaborated with the department chair and senior assistant dean to streamline processes both with the department and school wide to make the program administration efforts more efficient for graduate students.
Before returning to Syracuse University, Dubé worked most recently with New Horizons of Syracuse and Rochester where she was responsible for development and facilitation of classes in leadership and professional development; she also taught Microsoft Office Suite classes and earned Microsoft Certified Trainer designation. She had also worked in the financial services industry as a Senior Learning and Performance Specialist where she delivered core classes for the organization’s employees and served as an internal consultant in the Central New York region; prior to that, she served as a banking officer in the same industry, where she was responsible for business development.
Dubé holds a bachelor of arts degree in Psychology from Syracuse University; and she is currently pursuing a MBA at Whitman School of Management and a Certificate of Advanced Study in Conflict Management at Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, both at Syracuse University.
