Stefan Mazuroski serves as IVMF’s computer consultant, providing front-line helpdesk support and triage. He provides end user, hardware/software and network support to all of the strategic initiatives team at Syracuse University. Prior to joining Syracuse University, Mazuroski supported the Oswego City School District (OCSD) for four years, where he provided technical support to faculty, staff, and students. As a key member of the OCSD technology team, he daily managed a helpdesk support system and played an integral part in the OCSD’s recent server farm move. In addition to providing technical support, Mazuroski prides himself on developing personal relationships and being as responsive as he can to end users. Always attempting to go above and beyond, Mazuroski constantly pushes himself by using his strong analytical skills, prior knowledge, and strategic thinking to take on new and exciting technological challenges.
Mazuroski has an Associate’s degree in computer network technology from Bryant & Stratton College. He brings with him over seven years of help desk experience, supporting end users, hardware implementation and network management.
