The O2O Program at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) offers two career tracks: Information Technology and Business Management (that includes Human Resources, Project Management, Agile and Six Sigma). Your journey will begin with five (5) days of virtual classroom training and facilitation that includes career preparation workshops and subject matter expert speakers. You’re invited to connect with our employer partners to build your network and participate in informational interviews.

Next, candidates begin their individual learning pathway.  The first 3 months are designed for certification coursework completion, and the latter 3 months are allocated for test preparation.  The courses are individually paced and can be completed ahead of schedule.

Note: PMP learners will attend a live, 5-day PMP Bootcamp in Zoom, the week after we launch our cohort. We also teach a one day PMI Application class to help project management learners apply to PMI to sit for the exam.
