V-WISE brings more than 200 women veterans and military spouses together in every cohort to learn the language of business, build entrepreneurial skills, and grow alongside women who understand where they’re coming from and want to see them succeed.
V-WISE is more than entrepreneurship education. It is a community of women with shared military experience who are building businesses, exchanging ideas, and creating relationships that continue well beyond the program.
V-WISE combines online business education with an immersive, three-day capstone experience designed specifically for women veterans and military spouses. Built to educate, connect, and energize, each cohort has a shared goal: building the knowledge, confidence, and relationships to move their businesses forward.
Phase I: The program begins with a four-week online Business Fundamentals course, requiring approximately 3–5 hours per week to complete 20+ modules.
Weekly virtual cohort meetings provide space to ask questions, stay connected, and begin building relationships with the women you’ll learn alongside throughout the V-WISE experience.
Phase II: Three-day capstone conference.
After completing the online course, you’ll join your cohort in person for the three-day V-WISE Capstone Conference, hosted in a different U.S. city each year.
This is where the coursework comes to life. You’ll learn from experienced entrepreneurs and business leaders, work through real business challenges, and build relationships with women navigating many of the same questions, decisions, and opportunities.
Previous host cities include Atlanta, Nashville, Chicago, Houston, Phoenix, San Antonio, Jacksonville, Louisville, and Salt Lake City.
