Veteran Employment Collective [VEC]

The Veteran Employment Collective brings employment, education and training organizations into closer coordination, connecting transitioning service members, veterans and military spouses with complementary services as their career goals evolve.

Career goals evolve. Your support should too.

Different steps can call for different expertise. Through shared referrals and data, VEC partners connect you with additional resources and build a clearer understanding of your progress. Each organization keeps its distinct role while contributing to a more connected experience.

As a partner of VEC, D’Aniello Institute for Veterans and Military Families (IVMF) program participants and their families can connect with experts across participating organizations, expanding access to relevant career resources.

Finding the right support shouldn’t be the hard part

Veterans and military spouses can access a wide range of employment resources. Finding the right combination of services and navigating between organizations can require substantial effort and often confusion where to go. VEC connects participating organizations so individuals can reach relevant expertise now and as their career needs evolve.

The value is in the connection

VEC’s defining value is the connection between organizations. Shared referrals can create access to another partner’s expertise, while shared data can improve visibility into participants’ progress and outcomes. Communications should show what happens during and after a referral, including what each organization contributes.
