Haley Chapman is the Program Coordinator of the Veterans in Residence (ViR) program at the D’Aniello Institute for Veterans and Military Families (IVMF) at Syracuse University. As Program Coordinator, Haley oversees the logistics, delivery, and analysis of the ViR program. She also coordinates the new Home Depot Bunker Build Up program for skilled persons seeking to start and grow their own trades-based businesses.

Prior to IVMF, Haley joined Bunker Labs as a Project Manager in November 2021 to coordinate the USAA 100 Year Anniversary Pitch Competition. During her time at Bunker Labs she has supported the Breaking Barriers in Entrepreneurship program as Program Coordinator in delivering 8 cohorts over the course of 2 years. Haley has also assisted both the Ambassador and ViR programs before moving fully over to support ViR. Haley is excited to continue to help support the military community by managing and analyzing effective programs everyone can be excited to participate in. Haley has a BA in Business Administration from Columbia College with a background in both culinary arts and tech support. In her personal time, Haley enjoys playing volleyball, pickleball, and kayaking with her dog, Phineas.
