Xavier Clarke is Program Manager for the Ambassadors at the D’Aniello Institute for Veterans and Military Families (IVMF) at Syracuse University. In this role, Xavier oversees the Ambassador program ensuring effective delivery and impact.

Prior to joining IVMF, Xavier worked at Bunker Labs beginning in November 2019. He quickly ascended to leadership positions, culminating in his most recent role as Ambassador Program Director. Xavier’s extensive experience in leadership, strategy, and operations stems from his eight-year service in the US Marine Corps (2001-2009), where he excelled in global logistics, technology assessment for the battlefield, and supporting the transition of ill, injured and wounded Marines. After his time in the military, Xavier transitioned into the world of marketing, media, and entertainment working in the sector for 8 years from 2010 to 2018. In 2018, he founded Yosa Matcha, a matcha tea company based in the Los Angeles area, leveraging his marketing expertise to establish and grow his own business. Xavier’s academic achievements include a Master of Business from the University of Southern California – Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Business from California State University, Northridge. His diverse professional background, encompassing military service, entrepreneurship, and leadership within the startup ecosystem, makes him a valuable asset to the IVMF and the veteran community it serves.
