Syracuse University’s D’Aniello Institute for Veterans and Military Families Hosts Veteran Entrepreneurship Success Summit in Washington D.C.

Event Honors Fastest Growing Veteran-Owned Businesses on  Inc. Magazine’s Iconic Inc. 5000 list

WASHINGTON D.C., June 9, 2022 – In collaboration with Syracuse University’s D’Aniello Institute for Veterans and Military Families’ (IVMF) annual Veteran EDGE program, current and past Vet100 honorees will gather in Washington D.C. from June 9th through the 10th to attend the Veteran Entrepreneurship Success Summit. This event is presented by the IVMF, and is supported by Fiserv, JPMorgan Chase, Walmart, and the D’Aniello Family Foundation.

The Veteran Entrepreneurship Success Summit is a unique opportunity to bring together former and potential future Veteran EDGE participants who have been named members of Vet100 lists since its inception in 2018, a partnership with Inc. magazine. Through this invite-only, executive-level event, participants will engage in leader-to-leader learning, mentorship, and networking. This two-day event will host Vet100 honorees with senior corporate executives, government agency leaders, and more. As veterans at the helm of multimillion dollar businesses continue to grow the IVMF provides support services, programs, and exclusive experiences such as this.

“The cornerstone of American livelihood is built on economic prosperity, and it is strengthened by those across the world that defend it,” says Inc. Editor in Chief Scott Omelianuk. “Veteran business owners continue to add tremendous value to our business community and in communities across the nation, driving a new wave of economic prosperity, which will only grow as we continue to recognize their talent and potential and support them in meaningful ways.”

Dynamic speakers, including Omelianuk, Daniel Pink, #1 New York Times Bestselling Author of The Power of Regret, When, To Sell is Human, Drive, and A Whole New Mind, government agency leaders, corporate executives, and successful military-connected entrepreneurs, will lead business owners through the two-day Summit.

Other topics discussed will include government contracting, joint ventures, human capital, digital transformation, and planning an exit strategy.
