National Survey of Military-Affiliated Entrepreneurs (NSMAE) Dashboard

The National Survey of Military-Affiliated Entrepreneurs (NSMAE) is an ongoing, multi-year study that seeks to better understand military-affiliated entrepreneurs. The D’Aniello Institute for Veterans and Military Families (IVMF) began collecting data for this survey annually starting in 2020 with support from the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation. The goal is to identify opportunities and barriers that military-affiliated entrepreneurs face.

This dashboard provides an interactive way to explore survey results for anyone in the public who would benefit from these insights – but particularly for policymakers, veteran service organizations, researchers, and others dedicated to understanding and promoting veteran entrepreneurship.

Visualize the data from this comprehensive survey with interactive graphics in the way that best meets your need for data insights, presentations, or other purposes.
