Mary Rachel Keville, M.P.A.
Mary Rachel Keville joined the IVMF in August 2019. She currently serves as a Research & Evaluation Associate, supporting the Community Based Services portfolio with internal and external program measurement and evaluation, including: operational reporting, research, data analysis, and information visualization.
Mary Rachel previously served with the AmeriCorps VISTA program in Buffalo, NY. She spent her service year working at the Matt Urban Hope Center, concurrently serving as a Program Specialist for the Hope Works Employment Program and the Center’s volunteer program manager.
Mary Rachel earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Citizenship & Civic Engagement, a Master of Public Administration, a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Civil Society Organizations, and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Data Analytics for Public Policy from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University. She also serves as an advisor to the Phi Chapter of Alpha Phi Omega at Syracuse University & SUNY ESF.
