Lauren Hope
Lauren Hope works across IVMF’s Entrepreneurship & Small Business portfolio, supporting strategic initiatives that empower veteran and military-connected entrepreneurs to build and scale sustainable businesses. Her work focuses on translating complex programs into clear, actionable strategies, strengthening engagement, and driving measurable outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups.
With more than two decades of experience as an entrepreneur and business leader, Lauren has built and scaled multiple ventures from the ground up, often within the unique constraints of military life. As an active duty military spouse, her career has spanned numerous duty stations, shaping her ability to lead with adaptability, resilience, and a deep understanding of community-driven growth. She is the founder of Hope Design Ltd., a nationally recognized handmade jewelry brand, and Lauren Hope Collective, a platform dedicated to business strategy, storytelling, and entrepreneurial mentorship.
Lauren’s work extends beyond business ownership into systems-level impact. She has contributed to national conversations on military family housing, helping elevate issues that led to increased oversight and reform, and has supported large-scale initiatives across the military-connected ecosystem through strategic planning, program execution, and stakeholder engagement. Her approach blends operational rigor with authentic storytelling, grounded in the belief that when strategy meets authenticity, it moves people to take the next right step.
