EBV Accelerate Application

You may begin the application at any time and will have the ability to save and return to edit and complete the application within 30 days.

As part of the application, you will be asked for details about your business such as the industry in which you operate, income or P&L details and the number of employees. For other required documents please see below, note each file has a 5MB size limit for upload:

  • Résumé  (Word or PDF format)
  • DD214 Member 4 (showing dates of active duty, character of service. Please redact the SSN.) (PDF, .png, or .jpeg)
  • Self or accountant-prepared Income Statement OR Profit & Loss Statement (Past 3 years – one document) (Word or PDF format)
  • Letter of recommendation* from a client (Word or PDF format)
  • Letter of recommendation* from someone on your BAIL team (Banker, Accountant, Insurance agent, Legal) OR a Business Partner (Word of PDF format)

*Letters of recommendation need to be current, and speak to your intent to participate in EBV Accelerate, must state the writer’s relationship to your business, and provide writer’s contact information (phone number and/or email). Letters can be waived for EBV graduates, if all other requirements are met.
