Jason Yaley is Chief Corporate Affairs Officer of Parsons Corporation (NYSE: PSN), responsible for leading the corporation’s global engagement strategy with stakeholders across all fifty states and 25 countries around the world to advance Parsons’ global business goals as a leader in national security and critical infrastructure. As a member of the corporation’s Executive Leadership Team, he directs the company’s global communications, government relations, geopolitical, reputation strategy, and public affairs portfolios, serves as a strategic advisor to the Chair, President, and CEO and leads strategy and execution for the CEO’s customer engagement portfolio, oversees programming for Parsons’ Board of Directors, and co-chairs the company’s corporate response management organization.

Yaley brings experience from across the public and private sectors to Parsons, having worked for over a decade inside of the U.S. Department of Defense as a career civil servant, most recently as The Special Assistant to the Air Force Chief of Staff and as Strategy and Policy Advisor to the Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and on the staffs of U.S. Northern Command, Air Combat Command, the Joint Staff, and the Air Force Staff, and as an executive with an aerospace and defense industry trade association.

Jason is a Syracuse University alumni, holding a Master of Public Administration and Certificate of Advanced Study in Security Studies from The Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, along with Bachelor’s Degrees in International Relations and Political Science. He also completed professional development programs in Crisis Leadership and with the Defense Information School, was a member of the Program for Emerging Leaders with the National Defense University’s Center for the Study of Weapons of Mass Destruction.
