Bob is a serial entrepreneur, speaker, professor, and USAF veteran with a deep focus on social impact. He and his wife, Teresa, live in The Woodlands, Texas, with their three rescue dogs and enjoy golf, travel, and serving their community. They have four children and two grandchildren, and together they are actively engaged in philanthropy and community leadership.

After transitioning from leading his family business enterprise, Bob shifted his focus to developing the next generation of entrepreneurs and expanding his social entrepreneurial footprint. A finalist for the 2017 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award, he now channels his experience into advising and educating veteran founders, business leaders, and nonprofit executives.

Bob is the semi-retired CEO of TerBo Enterprises, Inc. and MRH Auto Enterprises, LLC. He serves as Senior Advisor, Entrepreneurship & Small Business, at the D’Aniello Institute for Veterans and Military Families (IVMF). He also serves on multiple nonprofit and for-profit boards and advises organizations on strategy, culture, employee engagement, and leadership development.

He is a graduate of the Accenture Executive Leadership Development Program and the Thayer Executive Leadership Development Program at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. His community impact has been recognized through numerous honors, including The Woodlands Hometown Hero Award (2017), the VEL Institute Veteran’s Legacy Award (2017) for his service and commitment to veterans, and the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital Lifetime Achievement Honor (2018) for his support in the fight against childhood diseases.
