Joshua Blevins serves as Senior Business Analyst at Syracuse University’s D’Aniello Institute for Veterans and Military Families (IVMF). In this role, he is responsible for requirements governance, process standardization, data quality, and technology solution delivery across the Institute.

Joshua brings more than a decade of experience in finance operations and data strategy from BNY, a Fortune 500 financial firm. His career spans operations, product, and technology, giving him a uniquely integrated perspective on how organizations run and how data can meaningfully improve them. He has led teams across analytics, automation, and platform development, delivering strategic initiatives and partnering with senior leaders, clients, and vendors to turn complex operational needs into clear, actionable solutions.

Throughout his tenure at BNY, Joshua was recognized with the CEO Award, the Best-in-Class Gold Award for Operational Excellence, and Employee of the Year.

Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Le Moyne College.
