Keoki Spaulding is an Evaluation and Research Associate at the D’Aniello Institute for Veterans and Military Families. Storytelling through data is at the core of Keoki’s work and drives her commitment and passion in bridging research/evaluation and practice to create stronger and healthier communities. She understands the power of data, and its limitations and is committed to finding balance between the worlds of data and practice, to help organizations increase their impact and thrive.

Keoki has over twenty years of research and evaluation experience managing a myriad of research and evaluation projects. As an external evaluation consultant, she works closely with clients to ensure she understands their evaluation needs and how to best help them achieve their mission and vision. As an internal program evaluator, she has led several quasi-experimental evaluations, developed measurement and evaluation systems and was the internal director for a randomized control study. Additionally, Keoki has taught courses in research methods and statistics.

Keoki holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Castleton State College and her master’s degree in cognitive psychology from Boston College.
