Mary Rachel Keville joined the IVMF in August 2019 as a Research & Analytics Fellow. In that role, she focuses on programmatic data analysis and evaluation for the AmericaServes program.
Mary Rachel previously worked with the AmeriCorps VISTA program in Buffalo, NY. She served at the Matt Urban Hope Center as a program specialist for the Hope Works Employment Program and the director of the Center’s volunteer program. She helped develop programmatic and operational policies for both programs while working with the center’s clients to help them improve their employment skills, gain hands-on work experience, and seek gainful employment.
Mary Rachel studied at the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Citizenship & Civic Engagement in 2016, as well as a Masters of Public Administration (MPA) and Certificate of Advanced Studies in Civil Society Organizations in 2019. She specialized in non-profit management, gaining expertise in operational management, program development, and quantitative/qualitative policy and program evaluation.
