Through Hiring Our Heroes Military Spouse Career Accelerator Pilot (MSCAP) program, military spouse Katrina Epperly will be joining the Enrollment team at the IVMF to support the military-community as they explore the variety of programs offered by the Institute.

The MSCAP program connects employers in the military space with highly-skilled military spouses. Once matched with a host company, fellows participate in 12 weeks of in-person or remote on-the-job training at their host company. The pilot is fully subsidized by the Department of Defense. And once the military spouse fellow completes the program, they may have the opportunity to join the team full time.

The IVMF fully understands the struggles and importance of military spouses employment issues which have been laid out in our Force Behind the Force series. IVMF is happy to partner with other great military supporters like Hiring Our Heroes to further increase the stability in the lives of the military spouses who also serve alongside their partners.
