EBV Graduate Chris Dambach recently spoke to New York Business Journal about his business Industry Standard USA LLC, a grounds maintenance, facility maintenance, and general construction company.

Dambach is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran that came up with his lawn care company while actively deployed. He was discussing with his fellow Marines what their plans were for when they return home and Damback thought about how he mowed lawns in high school to earn money. What started with using his own money to purchase mowers and borrowing a truck from his brother-in-law, now has blossomed into a national business with their latest contract from the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) valued nearly at $1 million to maintain the national cemetery in Memphis, Tennessee.
