A Welcome from the D’Aniello Institute for Veterans and Military Families
CEOcircle 2026 Cohort,
Since our kickoff in New York City, you’ve been building relationships through Call Sign huddles and monthly virtual sessions. Now it’s time for the next step: learning to scale with intention.
This Fly-In focuses on the financial strategies, operational systems, and leadership decisions that turn growth-stage companies into sustainable market leaders. The speakers we’ve assembled have lived these challenges. Ken Hersh built a $12 billion energy investment firm with 30% annual returns over 27 years. Paul Hedrick grew Tecovas from a bootstrapped idea to 40+ retail stores. Bob McDonald scaled P&G globally before leading the Department of Veterans Affairs. Jeff Julkowski has built, scaled, and exited companies across consumer, biotech, and technology sectors—including a global brand acquired by the Swarovski Group. Their paths differ, but the throughline is clear—disciplined growth requires disciplined systems.
You’ll also have the chance to roll up your sleeves in afternoon breakout sessions covering AI for business growth, M&A strategy, corporate procurement, and more. These are tactical, small-group sessions designed to give you tools you can put to work immediately.
And something new this Fly-In: alumni crossover. CEOcircle graduates will join Wednesday’s programming to share hard-won lessons and make connections. These relationships are among the most valuable this program offers.
For those continuing to Veteran EDGE (March 4–6 here in Dallas), you’ll have a chance to extend your momentum with an even broader network.
The IVMF team is here throughout your time in Plano. Reach out if you need anything.
