Syracuse University’s D’Aniello Institute for Veterans and Military Families (IVMF), in partnership with the National Association for Community College Entrepreneurship (NACCE), administers the Veteran Capital Readiness Initiative (V-CAP).
Funded by the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) through its Capital Readiness Program, V-CAP provides free technical assistance and educational resources to help veteran and military-connected entrepreneurs become financially prepared and build a pathway to business success. Key areas of support include:
- Capital access and financial readiness training
- Business education and mentorship
- Networking opportunities
- Alumni services and ongoing support
