Aaron Melius serves as the D’Aniello Program Manager for the Community of Practice at the Institute for Veterans and Military Families (IVMF) at Syracuse University. In this national role, he facilitates a dynamic network of communities across the United States and Washington, D.C., fostering collaboration around best practices and implementation strategies for community-based care coordination. His work continues to strengthen the systems that support veterans and their families, driving innovation and unity across the field.

Aaron is a graduate of Mount Aloysius College and brings over 20 years of experience in social work, with a specialized focus on care coordination for veterans and military families. Over the past seven years, he has led impactful initiatives in Western Pennsylvania through PAServes and the Veterans Leadership Program, helping to streamline access to services and support for those who have served.
