Becky Riback
Becky Riback joined the IVMF in 2017 as an Installation Program Coordinator for Onward to Opportunity (O2O) program at Camp Lejeune. She served in this position for more than eight years, launching 64 cohorts and supporting over 3,700+ participants. In 2026, she stepped into her new role as National Coordinator, Career Preparations Operations. She is deeply motivated to continue expanding her skills, contribute more strategically, and strengthen the infrastructure that supports national career preparation efforts. She remains committed to ensuring that every transitioning service member, spouse, and veteran receives the high‑quality experience they deserve.
Previously, Becky began her work in the military‑affiliated community at American Corporate Partners (ACP) in New York City, where she served as an Operations Associate from 2015 to 2017. ACP is a national nonprofit dedicated to helping service members and veterans transition from the military to the civilian and corporate sectors. In this role, she facilitated yearlong mentorships with Fortune 500 professionals, supporting participants in their career development and helping them secure meaningful employment.
Becky is happily married, enjoys playing sports, and fosters dogs—her current dog, Josie, is a beloved “foster fail.” Family is most important to her: she is one of seven siblings and proudly has 11 nieces and nephews.
