Billie Lockhart
Billie Lockhart joined the IVMF’s enrollment service team as an enrollment coordinator in June 2017 before transferring to the Advising team in 2024. In his current position, Lockhart is responsible for maintaining open lines of communication with IVMF students and assists with questions or concerns regarding certificate coursework, program offerings, and career advice
Lockhart is an expert in customer service and conflict resolution. Before joining the IVMF, Lockhart spent nearly 15 years in the telecommunications industry working for Verizon Wireless. Throughout his tenure with Verizon, Lockhart was able to take on a number of roles, and projects including customer service, tech support, training, call center operations, and acting management.
Born and raised in the Rochester, NY Lockhart is new to the Syracuse area. During the relocation process, Lockhart found the opportunity to change gears within his professional life energizing. Lockhart finds working for the IVMF to be an enriching experience since it provides the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of service members, veterans, and their families.
