Brittany Gibbons serves as a Director of Development at the D’Aniello Institute for Veterans and Military Families (IVMF), where she is responsible for developing, cultivating and stewarding relationships with funders. Previously, Brittany was the Director of Partner Engagement at Bunker Labs, where she established partnerships that provided funding, in-kind support, and thought leadership to bolster program execution.

With over a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector, Brittany has honed her expertise in economic development and innovation. Her journey began designing, designing and implementing entrepreneurial programs and later broadened to include partnership development and fundraising strategies. Brittany has launched initiatives to serve a wide variety of audience including students of all ages, rural communities and companies from idea through growth stage.

A graduate of the University of Tennessee, Brittany earned her Bachelor’s in Communication with a minor in Political Science. Brittany is a military spouse, yogi, and above all, a mom and currently lives in Georgia.
