Joyce serves as the Program Manager for IVMF’s Onward to Opportunity program at Fort Carson, while also nurturing business relationships with Peterson SFB and Buckley SFB. She empowers transitioning service members, veterans, and military spouses to build impactful careers through the utilization of local employers, job readiness resources, and self-exploration for a meaningful career and life post military service.

Joyce spent much of her career prior to joining O2O as an IT Manager, until she landed in a career services role supporting and developing IT boot camp graduates through career development, the majority of which were veterans or transitioning service members. While building valuable relationships with employers and veteran resources, she found passion in serving the military community.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from National American University and is a certified Career Coach as of 2022.

Joyce is the proud daughter of a Navy veteran. She has been living in the Colorado Springs area for over 25 years. During her free time, she enjoys all CO outdoor activities and spending time with her immediate family.
