Linh Nguyen joined the IVMF in April 2021 as the Operations Research Analyst. She is responsible for evaluation and data support for the institute’s entrepreneurship and career training programs. In this role, Nguyen identifies program needs and supplies teams with actionable analytics to improve program operations, guiding their growth.

Prior to joining the IVMF, Nguyen served six years as management specialist and operations consultant for government agencies in Ukraine. There she supported analytical teams and implemented enterprise data collection system, standards for business intelligence products, communication, and reporting protocols.

In her last role as a Consultant in Republic-One Philosophy Group, she managed relationships with company’s largest non-profit clients. Her team designed and executed over a dozen partnership projects benefiting National Bank of Ukraine, Ukrainian Culture Fund, German Agency for International Cooperation and USAID.

Nguyen graduated from Maxwell School at Syracuse University with a master’s degree in public administration (MPA) with concentration in public sector data analytics and from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv with a bachelor’s degree in information management.
