Patricia Piazza is the Florida Onward to Opportunity Program Installation Manager for the D’Aniello Institute for Veterans and Military Families.

Patricia is a workforce education and employment specialist with 20 years of extensive knowledge and experience in Human Resources and Program Development. She is currently the Florida Onward to Opportunity (O2O) Program Manager. Patricia is a veteran who honorably served in the Navy for 20 years. She holds a dual Master’s degree in Human Resource Development (HRD) and Management & Leadership from Webster University and a Bachelor’s degree in Workforce Education & Development from Southern Illinois University. She is a certified Job and Career Transition and Career Development Coach (JCTC/JCDC).

Patricia is the proud mother of two children. Her daughter Victoria and her husband are currently serving on active duty in the Navy and her son Nathanial, a veteran who served honorably in the submarine force is an O2O PMP certified graduate currently working as a Loss Prevention Engineer for NEIL. She has three beautiful grandchildren.
