Richard is the Program Coordinator for Bunker Labs CEOcircle program at the D’Aniello Institute for Veterans and Military Families (IVMF) at Syracuse University. In this role, Richard serves as the Project manager who is responsible to plan, coordinate, and resource each CEOcircle cohort cycle. Prior to this role, Richard was the Executive Assistant of the Chief Operating Officer at Bunker Labs.

Prior to Bunker Labs/IVMF, Richard professional career was centered around being an executive support expert and project manager with organizations such as Colorado State University, Sling TV, DISH, and GTT. Richard is retired from the Army where he served as an Infantry Non-commissioned officer and held the positions of Infantry Rifle platoon sergeant, Sr Drill sergeant, Sr Operations sergeant, Jungle Warfare Instructor, Equal Opportunity Advisor, and many other. Richard holds an Executive MBA from Daniels College of Business, University of Denver and a B.S., Business Management from Troy University. Richard is also a graduate from the Department of Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute (DEOMI).
