Tiffany Jones joined the IVMF in December 2022 with the Entrepreneurship and Small Business Team.  As Project Manager of Operations, Tiffany will manage the operations and be a critical part of the conference team for the portfolio.  Specializing in systems innovation and data programs, Tiffany will be helping in operational functions such as facilitating inventory systems, supporting the Center of Excellence Library, as well as researching, developing tracking systems and maintaining travel for portfolio events.

Tiffany comes from 11 years at the IBEW Electrical Training Alliance as Office Manager and Assistant to the Training Director.  In this role, Tiffany managed a variety of not-for-profit operational logistics with the Department of Labor, finances and apprenticeship systems.  Her focus on participant recruitment, business and operations in the not-for-profit sector will bring knowledge and innovation to the entrepreneurship team at IVMF.

Tiffany graduated from LeMoyne College in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and in 2011 received her Master of Science in Business Management.
