As Director of Community Services, Vincent DelSignore leads the team at the D’Aniello Institute for Veterans and Military Families at Syracuse University and oversees the partnerships with its affiliated coordinated networks of care for veterans, service members, and their families across the country. In this role, Vincent works to enhance collaboration among public, private, and non-profit organizations in a diverse set of communities. Vincent also leads the IVMF’s community-centric technical assistance projects, namely working alongside state and local governments to enhance their collaborative approaches in serving veterans and military families.  Prior to joining the IVMF in 2016, he was a Senior Program Officer at Single Stop USA in New York City. There, he led an innovative public-private partnership that brought anti-poverty services such as free tax preparation, financial counseling, and legal services, directly into New York’s VA Medical Centers.

Vincent holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Sarah Lawrence College, and an M.B.A. from the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University. He lives in Rhode Island with his wife and two children.
