As Program Manager of Community Services at the Institute for Veterans and Military Families (IVMF), Vincent oversees partner engagement and performance management of NYServes-NYC network of the AmericaServes initiative. Prior to joining the IVMF, DelSignore most recently worked as a Senior Program Officer at Single Stop, a national nonprofit that provides coordinated access to services to low-income people to help them achieve financial stability and self-sufficiency.
With more than 7 years of experience in working with anti-poverty programs in New York City, DelSignore provided strategic guidance, technical assistance, and performance management to a diverse portfolio of grantee organizations. He also designed, implemented and led Single Stop’s Veterans Initiative, which seeks to ensure that all military veterans and their families have access to the resources, support, jobs, and education they need to succeed in civilian life. To support this initiative, he forged and managed relationships with key partners including New York City’s Department of Veterans Affairs, the New York City Mayor’s Office, and senior-level executives at partner organizations and foundations.
DelSignore holds a B.A. in Economics from Sarah Lawrence College. He lives with his wife and daughter in the Hudson Valley.
