Lisa Murray is a Program Manager in the Community Services portfolio.  A U.S. Army veteran, Lisa has been responsible for providing technical assistance to AmericaServes communities throughout all stages of maturity, from strategy to launch, steady-state, and local ownership.  Lisa has also been responsible for fostering and maintaining relationships with community agencies that provide services to veterans and their families and to help build a community of practice among all NYS Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) programs.

Prior to joining the IVMF in 2014, Lisa worked as a Program Manager at Veterans Outreach Center, Inc in Rochester, NY.  There, she was responsible for the daily operations of a housing program serving the homeless and at-risk for homelessness and low-income veterans and families.

Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree in Creative Leadership from Syracuse University and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Applied Data Science at Syracuse University.
